If you enlarge this photo you will be able to see a line of people trekking up the side of Half Dome, about 2 hours after taking this shot we made it t the top as well. No photos from the top, my camera broke as soon as we made it up the cables.
This picture was taken before the food ran out, we were in a very good mood.
Notice the orange markings on Jonathan's shirt. He found an M&M on the ground, hungry for almost anything, he used his saliva to clean it and then he proceeded to wipe the germs on his shirt, a great survival technique :) After a short 19 mile round trip, yes we made it longer than the usual 16 miles, and 12 hours later we finally finished. We left home at 4:30 AM and made it back home by midnight, a very fun but
exhausting day.
